  • What Types of Proxy Solutions Do You Offer?
We offer a variety of high-performance proxy solutions tailored to suit different needs. Here’s a detailed overview:
    • Shared Residential Proxies: These proxies use IP addresses from actual residential locations, meaning they come from real households. As "shared" proxies, multiple users utilize the same IP pool, making this an affordable option for tasks like basic web scraping, SEO tracking, or accessing geo-blocked content.
    • Exclusive Residential Proxies: These proxies also originate from real residential locations but are dedicated solely to your use. Unlike shared proxies, no one else will be using the same IPs. This ensures higher reliability, security, and consistent performance, making them ideal for tasks like sensitive data gathering, account management, or accessing restricted sites.
    • Shared Datacenter Proxies: Datacenter proxies come from servers located in data centers rather than residential homes. They offer fast, stable connections and are best suited for speed-sensitive activities like large-scale data scraping, market research, and automated tasks. Because they are shared, their cost is lower, but multiple users will be sharing the same set of IPs.
    • Exclusive Datacenter Proxies: These provide the same speed and reliability as shared datacenter proxies, but with exclusive access. You won't be sharing these IPs with other users, meaning you’ll benefit from more consistent speed and lower risk of IP blocks. This is an excellent choice for demanding tasks such as sneaker bots, gaming, or running resource-intensive automation.
    • Mobile Proxies: Mobile proxies use IP addresses from mobile devices connected to 4G/5G networks. They provide a high level of anonymity and are harder for websites to detect or block, making them ideal for social media automation, ad verification, and accessing content that requires a mobile network. We offer both shared and exclusive mobile proxies, with flexible targeting options at both the country and city level.
  • What Kind of Targeting Do You Support?
The targeting options depending on the type of proxy you choose:
    • Residential and Datacenter Proxies: With these proxy types, you can select IPs based on country-level targeting. This is ideal for tasks where regional access is necessary, such as accessing localized content or performing international market research.
    • Mobile Proxies: Our mobile proxies provide more precise targeting, allowing you to choose IPs based on both country and city. This is particularly beneficial for activities like ad verification, where you need to mimic user activity in specific locations or cities.
  • How Many Concurrent Sessions Can I Use?
We provide unlimited concurrent sessions across all our proxy types. This means there is no limit on how many requests you can make simultaneously, making it perfect for scaling operations, whether you're managing multiple accounts, scraping data from various sources, or running large automated tasks.
  • My Proxy Is Too Slow, What Should I Do?
Our proxies are designed to offer the best performance and are sourced from high-quality networks. However, if you experience slow speeds, consider the following:
    • Check if you're connecting to a proxy server located in a different continent. Latency increases with distance, so selecting a proxy closer to your physical location may improve speed.
    • Keep in mind that exclusive proxies may have limited bandwidth based on the package you choose. If you're running large-scale or bandwidth-intensive tasks, this could affect speed. In such cases, upgrading your bandwidth or switching to shared proxies may help.
If issues persist, please contact our support team for further assistance.
  • Why Can’t I See My Traffic Usage on a Graph?
Our system updates usage graphs regularly to ensure you're always informed about your traffic consumption. However, it may take up to 5 minutes for these graphs to refresh. If you're not seeing immediate changes, please wait a few minutes for the data to be updated.

  • How to set up a Sticky IPs
    1. Go to Proxy Settings: Log into your proxy dashboard and choose your shared proxy type (Residential or Datacenter).
    2. Select "Sticky IP": In the "rotation" dropdown, find and select the "Sticky IP" option.
    3. Set Session Length: Choose how long you'd like to maintain the same IP (default is 30 minutes). Adjust the duration as needed.
    4. Save Settings: After selecting the session length, save your settings to apply the changes.
This will keep the same IP for the chosen session duration before rotating.
  • What are good proxy types for social media websites like Tiktok, Instagram and Facebook?
We recommend residential or mobile proxies for all kind of social media websites. Often you need to try both of them to find which kind works better for you.
